Matcha Soymilk

Makes 1litre

Prep time: 30 minutes

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

80g dried soya beans, rinsed 
1 Tbsp matcha powder
1300ml water
15g Gavia Natural Sweetener

1.

Add soya beans, matcha powder & water into soy milk maker

2.

Place the lid of the soy milk maker on & adjust to make sure it is firmly attached. Operate accordingly to manufacturer’s instructions.

Else blend soya bean until fine and cook under stovetop on medium heat for a few minutes.

3.

Once done, sieve the soy milk into a jar to remove the soy pulp

4.

Stir in Gavia Natural Sweetener. Enjoy soy milk hot or cold.
